To add Zendesk, go to the Integrations Page in Calixa, click on the Zendesk logo, and then follow the steps. You'll be prompted to enter the subdomain of your Zendesk account and then sign in to your account to grant access to Calixa. Once complete, Calixa will start backfilling Zendesk data into you account and setup webhooks so that all new data syncs seamlessly.

  • Tickets
  • Users
  • Organizations
