How to Configure the Integration

To add Salesforce, go to ‘Add Integration’ on the Integrations Page in Calixa, click on the Salesforce logo, and then follow the steps. You'll be prompted to log into your Salesforce account to grant access to Calixa. Once complete, Calixa will start backfilling Salesforce data into your account and set up a daily sync so that all new data syncs seamlessly.

Bi-directional Syncing

You can sync the following Salesforce data into Calixa:

  • Accounts
  • Contacts
  • Opportunities

If you need to get data out of Calixa into Salesforce, try our external sync. Sync Calixa’s insights and any of your connected sources (Clearbit, Outreach, Stripe, etc.) into any standard/custom field within the Lead, Contact, and Account objects.

Flexible Account Models

Uplevel Salesforce beyond the Company/Contact model. Calixa supports additional product-specific layers like a team, group, business unit, or workspace. This hierarchy is directly reflected in Salesforce for faster prospecting. Learn more about Flexible Account Models.
