Syncing live chat, support tickets and contact data.

To add Intercom, go to the Integrations Page in Calixa, click on the Intercom logo, and then follow the steps. You'll be prompted to sign in to your Intercom account to grant access to Calixa.


What is synced from Intercom

Calixa syncs conversation data from Intercom and generates metrics based on the number of message that have been received from your users or accounts. You can filter and sort lists based on how many conversations have occurred and view messages in the User or Account quick views.


Conversations can be accessed from the User and Account Sidebars as well as the Account Dashboard.
